The CS-CM4-BOX is powered by the Raspberry Pi CM4, a Quad Cortex®-A72 processor, operating at a speed of 1.5GHz, providing a balance of performance and efficiency.
This device offers extensive connectivity options to cater to diverse requirements. It includes a CAN bus for automotive communications, USB 3.0 and USB Type-C OTG for high-speed data transfer, dual LAN ports for network redundancy, RS232 and RS485 interfaces for serial communication, and an HDMI output supporting HD external displays.
The integrated WiFi/Bluetooth functionality is determined by the Raspberry Pi CM4 module chosen. A 4G/LTE module is also available as an optional add-on, enhancing its wireless capabilities. Both modules come with antennas for optimal signal reception.
Regarding power management, the CS-CM4-BOX is equipped with robust protection features. These include safeguards against over-current, over-voltage, power surges, and reverse polarity, ensuring compliance with stringent industrial safety standards.
